Time-lapse video captures first 100 days of life for preemie baby born weighing barely 1lb (WARNING: Tears likely)

FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. —It is a time-lapse video of hope, joy and life.

The folks at Capturing Hopes Photography in North Carolina documents the incredible progress of Walker Pruett who was born prematurely at just 26 weeks reported WGHP-TV.

Deneen Bryan founded the organization to take free photos of preemie babies for families that may not be able to afford to take their own photographs.

Walker was just 1 pound and 3 ounces when he was born. Capturing Hopes created a time-lapse video of his first 100 days.

Watch the video to see Pruett go from being hooked up to machines after birth to being released from the hospital.

Bryan lost her baby daughter when she was just six months old and now wants to use photography to help parents of premature babies.
