Broncos player says '(Bleep) Seattle'? Oh it's on ... next week!

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- The Seahawks first preseason game next week -- with the Denver Broncos -- may hold more interest than most. And not just because it's against their Super Bowl opponent.

In an interview Monday with the Colorado Springs Gazette (see interview here), Broncos defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson had a few choice words for the Hawks, who destroyed Denver 43-8 in Super Bowl XLVIII and will face them in a preseason game at Mile High Stadium in Denver on Aug. 7 (which will be carried live by Q13 FOX).

"(Bleep) Seattle," Vickerson said. "Write it down. Take a picture."

Oh no, he didn't...

Vickerson, who was cut from the Seahawks squad by Pete Carroll in September 2010, went on to say the Super Bowl was "a very personal game for me."

Unfortunately, he didn't see any playing time in the game, because he had dislocated his hip in a November game.

Vickerson then goes on to say he doesn't like trash-talk.

“Some guys, that’s what they do to get ramped up. But when you step in between the lines, pads talk. Let your pads talk,” Vickerson said.

Yes, Mr. Vickerson -- Thursday night, Aug. 7, at Mile High.
