Be warned: It will get loud today

SEATTLE -- Don't worry about the noise. It's just fighter jets.

The Blue Angels will fly over Seattle's coastline at 12:30 p.m. today in advance of their performance at the Seattle Seafair this weekend.

The airplane performance group, a Seafair staple, are sure to ruffle a few feathers. According to a press release, the Angles will pass by the space needle in their typical noisy, patriotic fashion.

The Blue Angels currently fly F/A-18 hornets that are nearly combat ready. The group is scheduled to fly in 68 performances at 35 locations in 2014 and 64 performances at 34 locations in 2015 throughout North America.
