Fugitive accused of high-speed stolen car crash where she bashed into patrol car -- arrested

FUGITIVE CAPTURED December 5, 2014 -- The Spokane County Sheriff's Office says a tip called into 911 led to the arrest of Ashley Hansen on Friday. FUGITIVE WANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY July 26, 2014 --  Ashley Hansen was busted in Spokane County for bashing into a deputy's patrol car and trying to bolt in a stolen ride she was driving. At one point hitting 70 in a 30 miles per hour speed zone. Her reckless ride came to an end when she sped onto a dirt road when police say she tried turning and crashed into a berm. Officers found stolen mail and items in the car linking her to a home burglary where more than $40,000 worth of property was taken. You might think she got all those scratches on her head from the accident, but detectives say it was another car crash in Idaho that injured her. Now, she's wanted in Spokane County for burglary and a fraud crime. Hansen is also wanted by the Department of Corrections for escape. Hansen is 31-years old-and is known to use the fake last name "Tomes."
