Teacher accused of raping students in Samoa, deported by authorities in Seattle

SEATTLE – A former teacher accused of raping four students at a school for disabled children in Samoa was deported this week after being arrested in Seattle.

Vaiaoga Leatuvao, 37, came to the US in September of 2012 and then over stayed his visitor visa.  An arrest warrant was issued shortly after that time in Samoa.

Leatuvao was arrested last August b yImmigration and Customs Enforcement officers.  He was put on a plane for Samoa earlier this week and is expected to arrive there Thursday night where he will be taken into police custody.
