Family, friends to hold memorial Thursday for Port Orchard teen who drowned

The family of Port Orchard 17-year-old Josh Osborn remembers the teenager who drowned in Lewis County.

Family said a candle-lighting ceremony is set for Thursday July 10th at 8pm at South Kitsap High School.  Friends, family, and the public are welcome. They’re also having a spaghetti feed July 15th at the Eagles Club in Port Orchard.  A car wash the next week.  The money will go to pay for Josh’s funeral … and to help his single mom take some time off work to grieve.
