The U.S. Marshals Pacific NW Fugitive Apprehension Task Force is asking for tips from the public to help find him and say he may be frequenting gyms in Seattle or Tacoma.

Brown is accused of shooting and killing 27-year-old Ahmed Said and 23-year-old Dwone Anderson.

“Obviously this guy is armed and dangerous. Who knows what else he might do once he’s confronted, so if you know this guy either call 911 or call the hotline right away because we need to get this guy off the street. The longer he’s on the street, the more the chances he’s going to hurt somebody or kill another person,” said Myrle Carner, director of law enforcement services for Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

Brown’s criminal history includes a child sex crime and assault.

He is 30 years old, 5’9” and 190 pounds.

If you know where officers can find him, Crime Stoppers will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000. Call 1-800-222-tips. You never have to give your name when you call.
