Boy’s invention helps save babies from being left in hot cars (VIDEO)

NASHVILLE, Tennessee — A boy invented a device to remind parents to take their children out of hot cars, Nashville’s News 2 reports.

Andrew Pelham, 11,created the E-Z Baby Saver as part of entering the Rubber Band Contest for Young Inventors, which has contestants use rubber bands in their invention.

The E-Z Baby Saver goes from the back seat to the front of the driver’s door — it is made with duct tape and rubber bands.

    How the Hell do you forget your kids? I’m guessing most of these people are just too lazy to take their kids with them.

      See, that is what I was wondering? I mean, I also have another question. Why are the kids not reminding their parents that they are in the car either? I don't know about other people's children, but when I stop the car my child starts squirming and saying, "Out! Get out!" O_o
