A lot of clouds and a chance for some showers today. The last front didn't deliver much on rainfall amounts. Only a trace of rain reported at SeaTac, Olympia and Portland Int'l.

TODAY will have some very slow gradual clearing with a slight chance of showers. The atmosphere looks to have enough instability to see an isolated thunderstorm in the Cascades and slight chance over the lowlands as well. High temps a bit cooler near 70.

TOMORROW clouds look to dominate the skies. It looks like the highest rain amounts will track between Salem, OR and Olympia, WA with a chance of showers. High temps 65-70.

THE REST OF THE WEEK still looks pretty unsettled with seasonal temps and rain at times. THURSDAY has a few showers around the region. FRIDAY looks like the soggiest day of the week with rain at times. SATURDAY has a few scattered showers, SUNDAY has a slight chance of showers. High temps 65-70, lows mid 50s.

NEXT WEEK looks to have more sun and warmer temperatures-- climbing back towards 80.
