Police looking for suspect after man found shot dead in car

SEATTLE - Seattle police detectives are looking for suspects in connection with an early morning homicide in Seattle.

Police responded to a report of shots fired near 4th Avenue South and South Jackson Street in the International District around midnight Monday, police said. According to police, the shooting happened after an argument outside Club Vlume.

When officers arrived they found multiple shell casings, but no victims or suspects, a police spokeswoman said.

A few minutes later police received a 911 call reporting a 26-year-old man found shot in a car in the 5900 block of 1st Avenue South. Police responded to the scene and found a man dead in a car in the parking lot of a Jack In The Box restaurant.

A 22-year-old man was found nearby with gunshot wounds, police said, and he was taken to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.

Police believe  a suspect vehicle pulled up alongside the victims and opened fire.
