Drivers should be rerouted back to Canada where they shall remain, until they can learn how to drive in the United States. That means not driving 80 plus mph in a 60 and 70 mph zone. Learning to use the turn signal indicator lever, which let's people know what you intend to do. And not loitering in the number one lane except to pass.
