Marine veteran says he’s had to wait for care from local VA hospital

marineSEATTLE — A local Marine veteran says he’s been forced to wait for health care from a local VA hospital.

Nate Tyler says that after years of military service, he now suffers from degenerative spine disease, among other problems. “It was 75, 80 days before I was actually seen and for what I thought was a serious issue,” he said.

    THIS is pathetic! Whereas I don't agree with the use of our military over the past decade, to do this to those who served is ( I consider to be) TREASONOUSLY CRIMINAL! WE (as a nation) have millions (of borrowed money) to send to other countries and we can't (or won't) properly take care of our own? Hell of a thank you from the Government!

      Its true i am a veteran that was almost died from lack of care in 2012 and still need help. They are covering it up there is more going on then just waiting and senator murry knows i have been complaining for years.

    imagine the rest of us that didnt volunteer to kill other people who did nothing, and get sick/ injured in the course of a productive life for others in our own country who have ZERO access to affordable care at all
