Inspiring Father's Day story: Dad pulls disabled son to top of national park

MOAB, Utah -- It's an inspiring story about an amazing dad.

The U.S. Department of the Interior shared this photo on social media of a retired law enforcement officer and his disabled son.

James Geier wanted his son to experience the "incredible symbol of natural beauty and strength" at Arches National Park.

So, Geier hiked three miles with his 18-year-old son Jonah, nearly 500 feet over slickrock trails, and up steep red rock steps.

"Neither Geier nor Arch is deterred by challenges," James' daughter Laura said.

Happy Father's Day.
