More amazing June weather ahead

SEATTLE -- I feel like I'm sounding like a broken record or skipping CD describing this streak of amazingly dry June weather. Today is day 11 without any measurable rain for Seattle. Even the driest June on record had 0.11" at SeaTac- and so far we've got a goose egg in the rain gauge, figuratively of course. There might be a few subtle changes coming in a few days though.

TODAY another round of brief clouds to nice sunshine. High temps 70-80. Overnight lows around 50.

TOMORROW looks a lot like today. High temps again 70-80. Overnight lows 50-55.

THE WEEKEND still looks really nice. There's a few weak systems that look to move into western British Columbia over the weekend. That means we might see some light scattered showers north of Seattle and in the mountains late on Saturday into early Sunday and again possibly Monday. High temps around the Puget Sound about 65-75. The further south you are, the warmer and sunnier it will be. If you're headed out of town, it's a great year to take in the Grand Floral Parade in Portland. Lots of folks camping out for those prime spots on the parade route will be rewarded this year with mostly clear skies and temps in the 50s. Both days of the weekend in Portland should get between 75-80.
