Seattle bad, but not worst: Top 5 most congested cities in America

SEATTLE -- It's no surprise that traveling from Everett to Seattle on Thursday morning can be a headache. But there are bigger headaches out there.

Tom Tom, a Dutch company that sells GPS navigation devices, released their fourth annual traffic report Wednesday. The report compiled real-time traffic data and found the worst commute times and days in America.

Among the report were the Top 5 worst and best cities in America for congestion time. The report compiled a percentage of drivers with a 30-minute commute who were delayed an average of 90 hours or more while behind the wheel in 2013.

      And the worst commute ever of 2013 for Southern California drivers, according to the report, was Thursday, Nov. 14. A truck burned shutting down traffic in both directions of State Route 60 freeway in the San Gabriel Valley.
