He was booked into the Spokane County Jail on Saturday. FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN SPOKANE COUNTY April 19, 2014 -- Some advice to bad guys riding bicycles – wear a helmet if you don't want to get busted. Spokane police pulled over convicted drug dealer, Jessie Spears, for not wearing one. He had a felony warrant for his arrest, and when they searched his backpack, they found a bunch of meth bagged up. Now, he's breaking probation on his drug bust and wanted on two warrants for escape: One by the Department of Corrections in Spokane County, and the other from the Spokane Violent Crimes Gang Enforcement Team. Jessie spears is 23 years, has a criminal record that started seven years ago, and has tattoos on both sides of his neck, below his eye, and above his eyebrow.
