Police nab man accused of making sexual advances toward two boys at YMCA

OLYMPIA, Wash – Police have arrested a 21-year-old man after they believe he made sexual advances toward two young boys at the Briggs YMCA Saturday.

Police said the man was arrested at his home on Fair Oaks Road in Thurston County Sunday evening.

Investigators said they worked closely with YMCA staff and the boys to identify the man. The Olympian reported the man apprached two young boys in a locker room and made sexual advances. The man fled the gym before police arrived.

Police worked with Thurston County Sheriff’s Office to arrest and book the man.
