Brief break in summer weather

Believe it or not, there are showers just to the west of us right now. An area of low pressure has its main aim at Oregon, but will hit parts of the southwest tonight before becoming a little more widespread tomorrow. Temperatures will drop a hair more into the low and mid 60s Sunday afternoon. This muggy and unstable air mass starts to clear (slowly) by Monday afternoon as north winds arrive. High pressure will build in nice and strong Tuesday returning sunny skies and highs near 70 across Western Washington.
