SEATTLE — Seattle Mayor Ed Murray has said he is reconsidering whether to renew Comcast’s contract with the city because of a high number of complaints about costs and service.

He’s even looking at creating a city-owned alternative for high-speed Internet, so that consumers will have a choice.
