SEATTLE — Rain returns this afternoon, which is bad news for the rescue workers at the sight of the Oso mudslide. Fortunately, it will not be the driving rain of March, but more like April showers.

After a lovely dry stretch, rain returns this afternoon along I-5, earlier on the coast. We’ll top out in the mid 50s with rain arriving a little after lunchtime for Seattle and Everett, and tapering off to showers overnight.

Friday through the weekend we’ll have showers at times with temps in the mid 50s.  It’ll be breezy at times as well.

Monday & Tuesday look nice, partly-to-mostly sunny and mild, with highs in the 60s!  Tuesday is the Home Opener for the Mariners and it looks great!  Wednesday could feature a few showers.
