Hope you enjoyed Friday -- more rain heading our way

SEATTLE -- We are enjoying a much-needed break from the up to 8 inches of rain that has fallen in the past three days.  Because of this, landslide danger will continue to be high through the weekend.

Saturday morning, the dry weather comes to an end on the coast and then spreads inland by the afternoon. Breezy and wet weather is expected for the second part of Saturday with up to an additional inch of rain possible in some areas. This will cause minor flooding along area rivers and ponds on some local roads.

The good news is that we start to dry out heading into Tuesday. We may even squeeze out some sunshine and mild temperatures for Wednesday and Thursday! Stay Tuned.
