Carroll: Seahawks healthy & 'understand it's a rare opportunity'

NEW YORK -- Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and Broncos coach John Fox held their joint news conference Friday -- their last comments to the media before Super Bowl Sunday.

Both said the game could come down to one key turnover or a special teams play.

Carroll again said he was pleased with how the young Seahawks have dealt with Super Bowl week and he believes they are ready for the big game.

"They understand it's a rare opportunity," Carroll said.

According to NFL.com, the lightest moment came when both were asked what they envied in the other team.

"We'd like to have their points. How many did you score, like 800?" Carroll joked. "That would help out our defense."

Carroll also said he'd like to have Denver's altitude for the kicking game.
