Kitna told reporters he would donate his entire $53,000 paycheck earned in the one-game signing to the high school, where he also serves as football coach. He is slated to return to teach at the school on Jan. 2 when the school comes back from winter break.

Kitna was drafted in 1996 by the Seattle Seahawks and last played in the NFL in 2011 with the Dallas Cowboys. He is a Tacoma native.
