SEATTLE- The 12th Man flag will be flying high above San Francisco on Sunday when the Seahawks take on the 49ers at Candlestick Park.
Lifelong Seahawks fan Cedric Morris and Travis Platt launched an online fundraiser to fly the Seahawks banner from a plane before the game.
The banner reads “GO HAWKS-12” and will be flown over Candlestick Park for 15 minutes before kickoff.
To date, a group of 142 contributors have raised $2,460, about 190 percent higher than the initial goal.
“Let’s not just show San Francisco but the entire nation that we are the most passionate, the greatest, and the loudest fans in the NFL,” said Morris.
The additional funds will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Disrespectful pricks. Where were all these "Hawk" fans two years ago?
Jess
At least the Seahawks don't have to tell their fans how to properly support the team. Careful, your jealous is showing.

Seahawk fans have always been loud and proud of our team… it's only now that we are dominating that you are being forced to take notice. GO SEAHAWKS!!!!!
