HEALTHY PUMPKIN BARS:
1 C canned pumpkin puree
1/2 C maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 C coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix wet ingredients first, then add dry.
Bake for 30-35 min in an 8×8 pan at 350.
GREEK YOUGURT APPLE DIP RECIPE:
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt or strained plain yogurt
- 2T peanut butter (or more if you want it creamier)
- 1T honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
