Marysville brothers found safe and sound

MARYSVILLE - Marysville police have located the two young brothers, ages 2 and 3, who were reported missing after their biological mother allegedly took them during a recent visitation.

Commander Robb Lamoureux said that tips from the public on Wednesday morning helped police in locating the boys.

The boys were taken by their biological mother during a visit on Sunday, police said.

The boys' grandmother, who is their appointed guardian, reported to police that her 30-year old daughter, Tara Anderson-Miller, was recent released from jail and had been allowed to stay at her residence for a few days to visit with her children.

Sometime between 1 and 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, Miller left the residence with the boys and they have not been seen or heard from since.

Commander Lamoureux said that Miller fled the area prior to police locating the boys in the South Everett area.

Miller is homeless, has drug dependency issues and is deemed unfit to care for the boys.  The boy's grandmother was granted guardianship in April 2013.

Both boys were last seen wearing gray/blue/yellow jackets.

Miller is a white female with brown hair and eyes.  She was last seen wearing black Nike yoga pants, a pink tank top and a black North Face jacket.

If you have information on the boys' location, call 911.
