RENTON, WA–The Seahawks secondary, already without injured cornerback Brandon Browner, appears to have taken another hit.  Seahawks starting corner, Walter Thurmond is facing a four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy.

This is just the latest in a long line of hits the team has taken under the league’s substance-abuse policy. Bruce Irvin sat out the first four games on 2013, while Browner and Richard Sherman each was hit with a four-game suspension in 2012 on account of Adderall use (Sherman’s punishment was overturned on appeal).

The Seahawks are coming off their bye week and will take on the 9-2 New Orleans Saints in a Monday night affair on December 2nd at CenturyLink Field.

Maybe all these star players everyone credits with being gifted and talented athletes aren't so gifted as they are believed to be.

Maybe they should be lowered from the pedestals they have been put up on and looked upon as drug addicts that probably gain their super powers from artificial means.

Sure makes it difficult for the true non-enhanced players to compete.

At least the league tries to do the right thing.
