SR 520 bridge reopened after high winds shut down bridge

LAKE WASHINGTON - The State Route 520 has reopened after high winds closed the bridge in both directions Saturday morning.  The bridge reopened to traffic just after 1 p.m. Saturday.  The Washington State Patrol shut down the bridge around 11 a.m. Saturday morning due to the high winds.  Waves from Lake Washington were splashing on to both directions of the bridge deck.  Washington State closed the bridge for approximately  2 hours.
