Foggy & drizzly morning, little sun this afternoon

The fog remains in place and let's add a little drizzle to areas this morning.  This afternoon will stay mainly cloudy with highs in the low 50s -- like yesterday.  Ditto tomorrow.  Sunday could see a little more sun by the afternoon and warm up a little.  Monday and Tuesday look mostly sunny after bits of morning fog/cloud.  There is a chance of a little bit of rain Wednesday & Thursday with a couple of weak systems wafting through.  But I think most areas will stay dry for Halloween.  And it's still too far off to know for sure.
