Body found on I-5 in Seattle
SEATTLE-- A death investigation is underway after authorities found a body on the side of Southbound Interstate 5 near the Convention Center in Seattle.
It happened just after 1:00 A.M. Thursday.
At this point, the Washington State Patrol isn't sure if the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle, or if the person jumped off the overpass.
The investigation blocked several lanes of I-5 for about 3 hours.
The investigation was largely cleared by 6 a.m., officials said.
