Fitness class for moms brings kids along for the ride
SEATTLE- Would you love to get in shape after having a baby but just can’t find the time?
New fitness classes make it a little easier by offering classes designed for moms to bring their babies along as they workout.
The classes are available through Fit4Mom, formerly known as Stroller Strides.
Each 60-minute workout includes power walking with intervals of strength and body toning exercises, incorporating the babies into the workouts.
Another benefit of the classes is a chance for new moms to make connections with other moms and caregivers.
