WANTED IN LAKE FOREST PARK -- Lake Forest Park Police say this mystery thief is cashing-in on stolen Lotto tickets. Detectives say he's likely from the Marysville area, and scored the tickets from a commercial burglary in Lake Forest Park. He possibly goes by the name 'Bill', and could be driving a white Chevy pick-up truck with an extended cab.
