SEATTLE -- Want to get a piece of the most popular recipe ever posted online?  Take a number.  12 million numbers.  That's how many people have viewed the recipe for the 'World's Best Lasagna,' according to the Seattle Times.

It was created by John Chandler, a 43-year old salesman from the Dallas area.   It's been the most popular recipe on the Seattle-based website 'AllRecipes.com' for more than 10 years.

The Times says it's been pinned on Pinterest more than 10,423 times.  The site uses recipes submitted by users, and gets about 20 million visits every month.

One analytics firm says it's possible Chandler's lasagna is the most popular recipe on the English-speaking internet.   But if you make it, get ready for an investment, in time and money.  It takes 3 hours to prepare, and the ingredients will set you back at least $40.  Here's the link to the World's Best Lasagna recipe.
