Attempted abduction in Monroe under investigation

SEATTLE -- An attempted abduction in Monroe on Monday has many parents and students on edge.

Police say a man approached a 16-year-old girl as she was walking home from school in the 16900 block of Tester Road. The victim told officers the man grabbed her arm and said "come with me." The girl was able to break free and run home where she then called police.

The suspect is described as white, 20-years-old, 6-feet tall, 210 pounds and has brown shaggy hair that hits his eyebrows.
