Grandmother tied up in home invasion robbery

Thurston County sheriff’s deputies are investigating an early morning home invasion near Rochester.

ROCHESTER, WA– Thurston County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a home invasion robbery reported early Sunday morning in the 15900 block of Case Road.

Two armed men forced their way into the home and tied up a grandmother, who was babysitting two children.

They were believed to have stolen several safes.

A canine unit was unable to track the suspects, who are believed to have fled in a vehicle.

    Can't wait until cocaine or heroine become 'recreational drugs'. Wonder what police will be handing out then.

    Perhaps she should have put up one of those "NO GUNS ALLOWED" in the window of the house to prevent the home invasion robbery.

      sdb1147 GROW UP! lets not forget that there was a family that could have been seriously hurt and they are now recoving emotionally.
