Tacoma may get in house-flipping business

GA_WWILC9 TACOMA — There are more then 200 derelict and abandoned homes in the city and now, the Tacoma is considering getting into the house-flipping business.

Under the proposed plan, the city would buy, refurbish and sell the properties for a profit.

The program would be kick-started with a $800,000 federal grant.

    Maybe they should just demolish the homes and start over. How many were meth houses?
