Cooler week, and maybe some rain on the way

SEATTLE -- Today through Wednesday, we'll have that lovely pattern of morning clouds (Nature's air conditioning) with afternoon sun and highs in the 70s.

Today's high will be in the low 70s. Tomorrow and Wednesday, it looks warmer -- highs in the upper 70s. By the way, today is the anniversary of the hottest day in Seattle history -- we hit 103 in 2009.

Thursday & Friday could get a little rain with a low pressure system moving up from Oregon.  Then the weekend looks lovely again -- morning clouds, afternoon sun, highs in the mid-to-upper 70s. Perfect for SEAFAIR!
