Armed robbery suspect eludes Snohomish County deputies

CLEARVIEW, Wash. – The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office asked for the public’s help in locating a man accused of armed robbery in Everett in early July and who gave deputies the slip in the Clearview area Friday night.

The man, Timothy Lussier, eluded deputies and ultimately abandoned his car near the area of Elliott Road and Echo Lake Road, the sheriff's office said.  Patrol units secured the area as quickly as possible and called in canine units to attempt to track Lussier.

But they were unable to find him.

Lussier, 35, described as 6-foot, 200 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes, is known to frequent Marysville and Gold Bar, authorities said, and is considered armed and dangerous.

If the public knows where he is or sees him, they are asked to not confront him but call 911 immediately.

Tips from the public or information about the incident should be directed to the Sheriff’s Office Tip Line:  425-388-3845.
