Seahawks, others put on a show for full house at charity game

TACOMA -- Seahawks all-pro cornerback Richard Sherman hosted his inaugural charity softball tournament at Cheney Stadium on Sunday.

He was joined by Seahawks teammates Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, Bobby Wagner, Sidney Rice, Percy Harvin, Golden Tate, Kam Chancellor and more. Terrell Owens and Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald also took part in the day's festivities, along with former NFL replacement referee Lance Easley.

Proceeds from the event went to HelpingAHero.org and Sherman’s new charity, “Blanket Coverage.”
