The U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Fugitive Apprehension Task Force is on the hunt for a court dodger in Seattle – Mohamed Ahmed -- who police say got busted by bystanders trying to snag a woman's purse.

"What we have in this case is a victim who's walking into the Belltown area of Seattle,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “She's walking with her purse, and the suspect in this case comes up behind her, attempts to grab the purse and there's a fight that ensues. She refuses to let the purse go, and a couple people in the nearby area see the commotion, run up, they tackle the suspect and actually hold him until the cops arrive and arrest him.

Now he’s wanted in Seattle for pulling a no-show at court.
