Police looking for Tacoma bank robber

Lincoln06241302TACOMA – Police are hoping you can help them track down a man who robbed a Tacoma bank Monday morning.

The suspect robbed a U..S Bank  in the 800 block of South 38th Street around 10:45 a.m. Monday. The suspect showed the teller a note threatening he was armed with a gun and demanded cash.

The suspect received some cash and then ran out of the bank.

The suspect (pictured) is described as a black male in his 20s, with a thin build and short black hair.

If you have any information on who this suspect might be, please call Crime Stoppers at 253-591-5959. Callers will remain anonymous and could receive a $1000 reward if the information leads to an arrest and charges filed.
