Huffington Post reports that Jayden’s parents told her about the colorful house and the church across the street, and she decided she wanted to raise money in a lemonade stand.

She made a sign that said, “Pink Lemonade for Peace: $1 Suggested Donation.”

Many in the community turned out to support Jayden and her cause. Westboro Baptist Church reportedly tried to discourage the lemonade stand, calling some soldiers buying  lemonade “bastards”.

According to the Huffington Post, Jayden raised about $400 for peace and love. Her campaign continues on-line.

I don’t know, but calling a group of men trained in combat skills ” bastards” might just be among the stupidest thing that quasi religious group has done. But survival of the fittest will eliminate them rather quickly.
