No way, there's snow in May
STEVENS PASS -- Many mountain passes were covered in soft blanket of snow Wednesday, surprising commuters and travelers with some adverse weather conditions late in the season.
A couple inches of snow covered Stevens Pass, Blewett Pass, White Pass and North Cascade Pass at 6 a.m. Wednesday. However, no traction tires were required. Rain came down over Snoqualmie Pass.
