Put the shorts and sandals back in the closet

SEATTLE -- Put the shorts and sandals back in the closet. Our long warm dry stretch is over.

Monday, expect showers at times, getting more steady rain and breezy conditions this afternoon. It'll be cooler, with highs only in the low 60s.  And there is a chance of an isolated afternoon thunderstorm with the instability coming on shore.

Tuesday looks dry, with highs in the mid 60s.  Then it'll be showers at times for Wednesday & Thursday, with temps sticking in the low-to-mid 60s.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Friday stays dry for the May 17 festivities in Ballard.  But it looks showery for the weekend.
