Runaway or abducted? Many kids go missing every day

Seattle - Every 40 seconds a child goes missing in the United States. Did they run away or were they kidnapped?

That is the question law enforcement deals with in every missing child case. After the latest discovery of three girls in Ohio, some wonder if many cases across the country have been mislabeled as runaways.
