Cinco de Mayo events around the Sound

SEATTLE -- It's time for a fiesta, so put your party shoes on as there are plenty of ways to celebrate Cinco de Mayo this weekend.

El Centro de la Raza is hosting its annual community party marking the 5th of May, with music and dance performances, children's activities, crafts and traditional Mexican food. The event lasts from 1-5 p.m. Saturday and admission is free. You can find more information here.

Satisfy your taste buds with some Mexican fare at the Mobile Food Rodeo in Fremont Sunday. This year, the event  includes a Taco Truck showcase and a tequila bar. Learn more here.

There's also a Cuatro de Burro Pub Crawl on Capitol Hill, a celebration at Northgate Community Center and an event at the Seattle Children's Musem.
