VIDEO: 2-pound joint confiscated by campus police

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- Police at the University of California-Santa Cruz confiscated a two-pound marijuana joint. According to the Huffington Post, the video shows an officer carrying the massive joint through a crowd full of students celebrating 4-20; a popular counterculture holiday.
