VIDEO: Driver hits parked car while allegedly texting in Hoquiam

HOQUIAM, Wash. -- A car owner with a surveillance camera captured footage of a driver hitting a parked car Saturday in Hoquiam. According to the parked car's owner, the driver was texting when they hit the car.

Police could not confirm the report, and it was unknown if a citation was issued.
