Missing 16-year-old Vancouver, Wash., girl found safe

SEATTLE -- Police in Vancouver, Wash., located missing 16-year-old Isabella Castillo in Vancouver Tuesday.

"She is safe and appears unharmed," a Vancouver police statement said. "Her family has been notified."

Earlier, her family said Isabella had been missing since last month and they believe she might have been pulled into sex trafficking, even though she sent a text message to her aunt saying she was safe and wasn't going to return home.

Vancouver police said there was no evidence that sex trafficking was involved in this case. Investigators said the teenager had an argument with a family member the day she disappeared.
