CENTRALIA, Wash. — Police said they arrested a couple after finding 40 marijuana plants in their home Friday and for allegedly allowing their toddler to inhale pot from a marijuana bong.
The Centralia Anti-Crime team served a search warrant at a residence in the 1400 block of Delaware Avenue in Centralia. Tyler J. Lee, 25, of Centralia, was booked on a charge of manufacture of marijuana, and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Rachelle L. Braaten, 24, of Centralia, was booked on one count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance to a minor and one count of manufacture of marijuana.
The victim of the unlawful delivery is Braaten’s and Lee’s 1-year 10-month-old son, police said. Officers were informed that Braaten was allowing the young child to inhale pot smoke from a marijuana bong, police said.

That's will fix it all /: the mom needs help obviously! So the child should be removed temporarily & immediately if its shown there is weed in his system

HELLO! the kid is right next to the pot smoke… he is in the same house as the pot smoke! I hope you dont have kids….

I think the charge for "letting" the child inhale the smoke was based on the child being within proximity of the person smoking the bong. I don't think the kid was taking hits directly.

It’s amazing how many people read the headline and are ready to convict without any facts other than what the sensational headline declares.
Question 1. Was this an illegal grow, or are these MedMJ people growing legally?
2. Did anyone See her give the child MJ,or is this second hand smoke?
3. Why were the firearms declared “illegal possession”?
I thought we lived in a Country where you are innocent Untill proven guilty?
